Blue Heron present at the Agroexpo-Feval fair in Don Benito

Blue Heron has participated another year in the Agricultural Fair AGROEXPO-FEVAL, an important event at National level, in the town of Don Benito (Badajoz) on January 24-27. Once again, Blue Heron, together with its distributor in the area, “Miguel Crespillo Sanidad Vegetal, SL”, presented its latest innovations in phytofortifiers and natural biostimulants, among which the new products Hulk® and Giant®, a chlorophyll formation enhancer, and a “fattening” specialist in fruits of woody crops are worth mentioning.

Among the Blue Heron technical and commercial team that travelled to cover the event were Iñaki Inchaurraga (Head of the Technical and Development Department), Gabriel Alepuz (Commercial and Marketing Department) and José I. Cadahía (R&D Director and Manager). Throughout the conference, they talked with numerous interested customers and producers, in a very favorable climate in view of the excellent reviews of the performance of Blue Heron products such as Yoda®, Cinamite®, KelpMax®, Microamin® PS, among others, and which in the last 2017 horticultural campaign enjoyed an excellent reputation in crops such as industrial tomatoes, stone fruit trees, rice, vineyards and others.

The 30th edition of AGROEXPO-FEVAL has once again been a success of participation, with more than 250 exhibitors, consolidating itself as one of the leading fairs in the sector. Innovative and diverse topics such as: Sustainable solutions for crops in Extremadura, the potential of super-intensive olive cultivation, the importance of the rhizosphere in the optimization of production, and the problems of different pests, diseases and plant pathologies related to different crops in the area were discussed. It is also worth mentioning the unstoppable trend towards an increasing use of natural and more sustainable solutions and products, and to leave conventional synthetic chemicals only for those cases and problems that are absolutely necessary, or because other tools are not available. Since its origins, at Blue Heron, we have specialized in the research and development of natural solutions and inputs aimed at improving plant health, quality and production, and this is reflected in this conference, with more than 80% of our products certified as inputs suitable for Organic Agriculture.
